We warmly welcome you to our Guesthouse, where we do everything to ensure that your stay is pleasant and seamless. To achieve this, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules.
Check-in – Check-out Information
Rooms/the guesthouse are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Upon registration, guests receive house keys.
On the day of departure, guests must vacate the room/guesthouse with all personal belongings by 11:00 AM and return the key as agreed at check-in.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please notify us in advance by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
In case of lost keys, a compensation fee of 10,000 HUF will be charged upon departure.
Payment
Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay before arrival, according to the method specified in the booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer
In the event of refusal to pay for any reason, the owner is entitled to retain the guest’s belongings brought into the guesthouse and exercise a lien over them.
In case of departure without payment, the owner will pursue the claim through legal action in addition to filing a police report. All related costs will be charged to the guest.
Visitors
Only registered guests may stay on the premises. Other persons are not permitted.
Guests Under 14 Years of Age
The accommodation is free for the child up to the age of 2.
Children under 14 may stay in the guesthouse only under the continuous supervision of a parent or another legally competent person authorized by the parent. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety and for any damage caused by the child.
Security and Camera System
For the protection of your valuables, please always lock the house and rooms.
Please note that for property protection and personal safety, camera surveillance operates in the courtyard and common areas of the house. Recordings are stored for 48 hours.
Items Not Permitted on the Premises
The following items may not be brought into the guesthouse:
- Corrosive or flammable chemicals or substances
- Materials classified as fire- or explosion-hazardous
- Fireworks, firecrackers, or their components
- Waste materials
- Substances harmful to the environment or health
- Psychotropic substances
Guests bear full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused to other guests, third parties, or the owner by unauthorized items brought onto the premises.
Personal Electrical Appliances
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their own electrical devices and must compensate for such damage.
Guests Arriving with Dogs
Dogs are not permitted, except for service dogs regulated under Decree 27/2009 (XII.3.) SZMM concerning assistance dogs (segítő kutya kiképzésének, vizsgáztatásának és alkalmazhatóságának szabályairól szóló 27/2009. (XII. 3.) SZMM rendelet).
Dog owners must ensure that their dog cannot leave the property unsupervised.
The owner of the dog is fully responsible for any damage caused by the dog (both in the garden and inside the house).
Dogs must not disturb neighbors, cause material damage, or endanger health or safety.
Owners must ensure that dogs do not soil the garden of the guesthouse and must immediately remove any contamination caused by the animal.
Smoking
Our guesthouse is non-smoking. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
Peace and Quiet of Other Guests
At all times, any behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy of others, constitutes or may constitute harassment, or is suitable for intimidating others is strictly prohibited.
The owner or an authorized person is entitled to warn any disruptive and/or noisy guest.
After the second warning, a 15,000 HUF penalty will be charged.
After the third warning, the owner is entitled to immediately expel the guest from the guesthouse without refund and/or compensation and, if necessary, notify the police.
The owner excludes liability for any harm caused to other guests by a guest’s behavior.
WiFi Code
WiFi is available in the guesthouse free of charge.
The owner does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation or availability of the WiFi service. Guests use the service at their own responsibility and risk.
Parking
Parking is available free of charge in the guesthouse’s camera-monitored enclosed courtyard. Street parking is also available free of charge.
Liability of the Guesthouse
The owner is not liable for any damage to guests’ belongings brought into the guesthouse.
Guests use the guesthouse facilities and services properly and in accordance with their own health, physical, and mental condition. The owner excludes liability for damages resulting from improper use or use inconsistent with the guest’s actual health, physical, or mental condition.
Reporting Malfunctions
Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunction or issue in the guesthouse to the owner immediately.
Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towel Change
For stays shorter than one week, rooms are cleaned after departure.
For stays longer than one week, rooms are cleaned weekly, and bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
Damages
Any damage caused negligently or intentionally will be charged to the person responsible
